Thoughtful care for those who listen to their body and want to understand it better
Hi, I’m Saga
I’m originally from Finland and now live in Palma, where I enjoy a quiet, grounded life close to nature. I spend my time moving, creating, and caring for others through chiropractic, cooking, and gardening — all the things that bring me joy.
I graduated from the Barcelona College of Chiropractic and have worked in Finland, Barcelona, and now Mallorca. But really, chiropractic has been part of my life since I was very young. I grew up in a chiropractic family, which shaped how I see health and healing. From early on, I understood that symptoms are just signals and that true wellness comes from a body that can adapt and communicate clearly. That perspective still guides everything I do, both with patients and in my own life.
Movement has always been important to me. I trained in gymnastics as a child, which gave me both discipline and a strong mind-body connection. That foundation made it easier to take on new sports, but more importantly, it gave me an intuitive understanding of how the body works and what it needs. Over time, this connection evolved into a deeper curiosity about why the body holds tension, why pain shows up in certain places, and how we can release it in sustainable ways.
Like many of my patients, I’ve dealt with injuries and recurring imbalances. Working through those challenges taught me patience and empathy, but it also sharpened my problem-solving. Alongside my formal training, years of experience, mentoring, and ongoing study have helped me develop a clear approach to resolving both new and long-standing issues. I pay close attention to the patterns the body creates and look for ways to support its natural ability to return to balance.
The people I care for are not only athletes or movers. I also see individuals whose bodies have adapted to stress, long hours of sitting, or repetitive habits that slowly create dysfunction. In these cases, I focus on restoring normal movement, improving circulation, calming the nervous system, and allowing the body to reset. It’s never just about relieving pain, but about creating the conditions for real, lasting change.
What I love most about this work is helping people reconnect with their bodies. Together, we bring awareness not only to movement and posture, but also to emotional stress and imbalances that often go unnoticed. Chiropractic adjustments help re-establish clear communication in the body so it can function and heal more effectively.
It’s incredibly rewarding to see someone move with more ease, confidence, and awareness. I believe healing works best when we support the whole person — physically, emotionally, and chemically — and trust the body’s ability to guide the process.
If you feel like something in your body isn’t quite working the way it used to, or the way it could, I’d love to help you explore that.
Thank you for reading, and I hope we meet soon.
