We didn’t invent anything new. In fact, what we practice has been around for centuries: helping the body heal from the inside out. Long before wellness became a trend, and long before your spine had its own Instagram hashtag, there was the quiet wisdom of working with the body, not against it.
At our clinic in Palma, we combine chiropractic care with Applied Kinesiology and a deeply holistic approach to health. We don’t chase symptoms. We read patterns, trace root causes, and work in the right order, at the right time. That’s where healing actually happens.
Our specialty? Finding what others overlook.
We identify the subtle stressors—nutritional, structural, emotional, or energetic—that silently disrupt digestion, sleep, focus, energy, and even your mood. Then we help you restore balance, vitality, and a sense of connection to your body that you may have forgotten was possible.
Some might call our work unconventional. But so is growing your own food, or trusting your body’s innate intelligence. We believe that true healing starts by listening, and we were trained to do exactly that.
We’re glad you found us.
Now let’s help you find your way back to yourself.
Your nervous system is the command center of your entire body. It regulates and coordinates everything—from digestion and immunity to sleep, hormones, movement, and mood. It filters constant streams of information and decides what’s a threat, what’s important, and what can wait. In fact, 99.9% of all sensory input never even reaches conscious awareness, as it’s filtered to protect you from overload.
But when physical, chemical and/or emotional stress build up this finely tuned system can become dysregulated. Your brain becomes overwhelmed. Your body shifts into survival mode. Vital functions take a back seat, and long before you feel symptoms, your capacity to heal and adapt is already compromised.
Given the overstimulated world we live in (screens, pressure, chemicals, processed food, and constant noise) it’s no wonder our nervous systems struggle to keep up. We’re asking our bodies to adapt to stress we’ve never faced before.
When that stress becomes too much, the body can no longer adapt. This leads to subluxations, the chiropractic term for blockages in the spine that disturb brain-body communication.
They don’t just cause tension and pain, they disrupt the nervous system, affect muscles, joints, and even organ function. If left unchecked, subluxations can lead to degeneration and long-term dysfunction.
Chiropractic adjustments restore proper connection between your brain and body.
They help your system adapt, recover, and find balance again—so you can thrive in this wonderful, yet sometimes overwhelming life.
Before beginning any ongoing care, all new patients start with a First Visit, a one-on-one session that includes a detailed health history, physical examination, and tailored hands-on treatment. This comprehensive evaluation gives us time to understand your health background, assess your current concerns, and introduce our approach through a mix of techniques drawn from Regular, Extended, and Complete visit types.
After this initial session, we’ll discuss your options together. Based on our professional recommendation and your preferences, you’ll decide which type of visit suits you best. Some patients commit to one type of care, while others switch between them depending on how they’re feeling and what they need at the time.
Ideal for maintaining spinal health, addressing mild discomfort, or beginning your wellness journey. These 15 to 20-minute sessions include targeted spinal adjustments and gentle soft tissue work in a calm, open-room setting. Perfect for those seeking consistent, hands-on care without the need for intensive at-home protocols.
For persistent or recurring issues, this 30-minute, one-on-one session offers a full-body approach. In addition to spinal and pelvic work, we may also address the jaw, cranium, and extremities—helping resolve underlying patterns and support longer-lasting relief.
Our most comprehensive option. These 60-minute sessions integrate structural, biochemical, and emotional health using Applied Kinesiology and Systems Health Care. Designed for complex or chronic concerns, Complete visits aim to uncover root causes and support full-body healing over time.
